Mike Powers was always very professional, informative, helpful, personable and polite. He thoroughly explained the aspects of the vehicle. This was the second CR-V I leased with him and it certainly won't be the last time I see him. This was my 4th Honda obtained through First Team because they do a great job. Diane Johnson in the Service Department is the best person to have on your "First Team".

My daughter car needed a state inspection so we bought it in the night before and dropped it off! It passed inspection and she only needed wiper blades! She had her car back to drive by 10:30 am! I am happy with the service that we have received from first team and I have had state inspections done on 4 other vehicles that we own by first team!

I had some small issues wrong with my car and my first thought was to take it to a dealership (First Team Honda) i talked to this guy name Sam he was so nice I told him what was going on with my car so I left it there and they had fixed the problem oh yes I will recommend friends, family and etc. thanks Sam i appreciate you so much!
