Very disappointed in this dealership from the "fenagling" with price when buying 2021 CR-V to today needing new tires with at 31kmiles. Tires Hankook stated for 70k miles. Left message to be contacted by manager a week ago and they can't bother to return call to discuss. Emailed tire manufacturer to discuss and they said they don't really have a warranty for new cars only those who buy tires from them for repeat business. Another consumer rip-off. Buyer Beware!

Worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with. First I had an issue with my A/C (there was a recall on) & had to pay for it and when it stopped working again very soon after they finally fixed it as a recall issue. Then I take it for the “life time oil change” as I have done in the past and they do other service I did not want and charged me for it! This dealership is very shady. Do not recommend them.

The sale team were awesome as far as getting me into a car, however the car I purchase has been a headache, I don't understand how you sale a car with so many issues, its just a month the car has been back over 4 times already, I don't know who works in the repair shop but this is ridiculous, I guess they don't put cars on the machine to find out what the problem is, they claim they sent the car out for repairs, yet it still has the same issues.

Went for an 11 o clock appointment for an alignment and was told it would be ready within an hour and I requested a shuttle home. The shuttle came after a hour and I was told the job would be done after lunch. My car was not ready for 6 hours later causing me to not have a ride back to work. There wasn't an apology offered.

I went to get an oil change on my 2019 CR-V and out of the 3 service advisors mine is the one who thinks she doesn't have to wear a mask. The sales team is great! The service department is horrible. No more than 3 months after I purchased a new vehicle my radio started to occasionally stop working. I have videos when my radio randomly turn off. The dealership refuse to fix the problem because it works when it's in the shop. The service manager and Honda told me in order for them to fix it, it must happen all the time. I will never purchase another Honda and I will never purchase a vehicle from First Team.
